  • Conducting sensitisation programmes for the employees in terms of mandatory laws, including but not limited to The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal)Act, 2013
  • Anchoring the committees setup under various laws for welfare of employees
